Getting ready to leave Ba Kelalan.
Charles packed our bags tightly on top of his 4WD. We hit the road at 8.30am.
The tracks became more interesting after yesterday's rain.
Very interesting indeed.
A tyre punctured along the way.
Morning tea break in Merarap.
Reached Lawas at 2.00pm. Had lunch at a shop opposite the bus stand. This time we took a public bus back to KK. The ticket was RM20 one way.
Aircon and big seats! What a great relief from the bumpy and dusty 4WD ride.
Back in KK at 7.15pm. Can't wait for the hot bath and cosy bed at home.
